DC Fence Repair was founded with one simple goal: to serve the customers most fence companies leave behind.

From 2007 to 2017, founder Darran Cass worked for a large fence contractor and noticed a recurring pattern — smaller repairs, custom gates, and budget-friendly jobs were often passed over or deprioritized. For homeowners needing a quick fix or personalized service, that meant long waits and unnecessary upsells.

That didn’t sit right.

In 2018, while still working nights as a custodian for the Battle Ground School District, Darran launched DC Fence Repair — offering reliable, affordable, and high-quality fencing services during the day. What started as a one-man operation quickly grew by word of mouth, thanks to a reputation for honest work, fair pricing, and strong results.
